Kathleen Westphal

Kathleen will tell you that the key to success in real estate is to create a win/win situation for all parties involved. She developed this philosophy early in her career while marketing and selling homes for a new homebuilder in Northern California, and it has served her clients well for nearly 20 years.

The real estate industry captured Kathleen’s keen interest from the start. She quickly developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the industry – from reading blueprints and analyzing market conditions to creating high-impact merchandising programs and guiding new home buyers through the purchase process.

Through her passion for the business and dedication to her clients, Kathleen has closed over 500 escrows since earning her license. She has sold virtually every type of residential property, from single

family homes, townhomes and condominiums to golf course communities, rural properties and vacant lots.

A native Californian, Kathleen grew up and lived in Hollister for many years. Much like Healdsburg in terms of its grounding in the agricultural industry and its size, Kathleen enjoyed the deep sense of community and connection created by Hollister’s small-town lifestyle. She and her husband now enjoy the wines, vines, shopping and world-class dining in Healdsburg, her second favorite small town. In addition to all that wine country has to offer, Kathleen loves to entertain friends and family, and explore the delights of great cities across the US and beyond.
